Terms of use

These terms govern your use of apipacketbase.digital and any studio inquiry you send through it. Last updated 13 August 2026.

Acceptance

By browsing this site, submitting a form, or requesting a Signal Desk, Attribution Atelier, or Cohort Chamber seat, you agree to these terms. If you are requesting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the site or send personal data through the forms.

We may revise these terms. The date above will change. Continued use after a revision counts as acceptance of the new text. Material changes to paid-seat conditions will also be confirmed in the written invoice correspondence, which happens off this site.

What this site is

Apipacketbase publishes educational information about App Analytics — Deep Link Performance Tracking. Pages describe programmes, informational prices, and field notes. This site does not process payments, collect card details, or complete enrolment. A seat exists only after written confirmation from info@apipacketbase.digital and, where relevant, a bank-transfer invoice.

Nothing here is legal, financial, or privacy-compliance advice for your production stack. Instruction is vendor-neutral. We do not certify you on a third-party MMP console.

Intellectual property

Site copy, the Apipacketbase name, syllabus outlines, and field notes are owned by the studio or used under licence. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not republish workbooks, recordings, or incident-note templates obtained as a student without prior written permission.

If you submit sample payloads or link templates in an inquiry or during a Chamber, you remain owner of that material. You grant us a limited licence to use it solely to evaluate and teach your team, including redacted examples in private aftercare. We will not publish your traces on this site without a separate written case agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that impairs other readers, or submit false identity details in forms. Do not upload live credentials, production secrets, or personal data of third parties that you are not entitled to share. If a form or email contains secrets, we will ask you to rotate them; we are not your security operations team.

Liability

Studio instruction is educational. Outcomes in your attribution ledger depend on your media mix, vendors, and internal politics. To the fullest extent permitted under the law of Thailand, Apipacketbase is not liable for lost profits, lost attribution credit, vendor fees, or indirect damages arising from reliance on field notes or class discussion.

Our aggregate liability arising from a confirmed seat is limited to the fees actually paid for that seat in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under Thai law (including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct).

The site is provided “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free pages, or that third-party image hosts will remain reachable.

Third-party services

Fonts and some images are served by third parties. Their terms apply to those assets. Partner MMPs, app stores, and advertising platforms mentioned in teaching are independent; we are not their agent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this site or from studio seats contracted with Apipacketbase, unless mandatory consumer rules in your place of residence require otherwise.
