Refund notice

This site does not take payment. Refunds apply only to seats invoiced off-site after written confirmation. Last updated 13 August 2026.

Eligibility

You may request a refund if you paid an Apipacketbase invoice for Signal Desk, Attribution Atelier, or Cohort Chamber and you meet the timeframes and conditions below. Complimentary guest seats and unpublished internal reviews are not refundable because no fee was collected.

Timeframe

Write to info@apipacketbase.digital within 14 calendar days of the invoice payment date, or at least 7 calendar days before the first live session, whichever is earlier. Requests after a live block has started are assessed only under partial-refund or exception rules.

Full refund

A full refund of fees paid is available when (a) you cancel before any Signal Desk files are downloaded and before any live session begins, within the timeframe above, or (b) we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a date you accept within 60 days, or (c) we refuse the seat after payment because your stack has no live traffic and we should have caught that in scoping.

Partial refund

If you withdraw after one Atelier session but before the dashboard critique, we may refund 50% of the live-seat fee, minus any non-refundable third-party room hire we already incurred for a Chamber. Signal Desk is not partially refunded once any recording or workbook file has been downloaded — the catalogue is then in your possession.

Non-refundable items

Bank transfer charges, currency conversion, travel to Bangkok, and partner MMP licences you bought yourself. Printed materials already shipped. Guest-critique honoraria already paid for a private Chamber date you confirmed in writing.

Refund process

Email info@apipacketbase.digital with the subject “Refund request,” the invoice number, and whether you downloaded Signal Desk files. We confirm receipt within two Bangkok business days and decide within ten. If approved, we tell you the amount and the method.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned by bank transfer to the account that paid the invoice, usually within 15 Bangkok business days after approval. We do not refund to a different third party’s account. We do not process cards on this site, so there is no card reversal here.

Cancellation by you or by us

You cancel by email, not by closing a browser tab. We cancel a public Atelier if fewer than four confirmed seats remain seven days before start; in that case we offer a transfer to the next intake or a full refund. Cohort Chamber dates locked in writing are cancellable by you under the timeframes above; we may cancel a Chamber if your team cannot produce live traces after two scoping calls, with a full refund minus documented room hire.

Exceptions

We may issue a goodwill refund outside these rules for documented medical emergency, bereavement, or a PDPA-related instruction to delete student records mid-block (in which case unused instruction is refunded pro rata). Abuse of the inquiry form, sharing of recordings in breach of terms, or submitting live production secrets after we asked you not to, may void a pending refund. Statutory consumer rights in Thailand that cannot be waived remain available.
