Privacy notice

This notice explains how Apipacketbase handles personal data when you browse apipacketbase.digital or write to the desk. Last updated 13 August 2026.

Data controller

The controller is Apipacketbase, operating from Street: 625 Mangkorn Sampanthawong Samphantha Wong; City: Phan; State/province/area: Bangkok; Zip code: 10100; Country calling code: +66; Country: Thailand. Email: info@apipacketbase.digital. Phone: 22221021.

We process data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where a student or inquirer is in another jurisdiction, we still apply this notice as our baseline.

What we collect

From forms: name, email, optional topic, and the message you write. We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site. If you later enrol, invoicing details are collected off-site by email or bank paperwork.

From the site itself: technical logs that a host may keep (IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamps) for security and availability. Cookie-related storage is described in the cookie notice. Your Accept or Reject choice is stored locally in your browser under a brand-prefixed key; we do not receive that choice as a server-side profile unless you also submit a form.

From students in live rooms: attendance, exercise submissions, and aftercare questions. Payload samples you volunteer may contain identifiers; we ask you to redact third-party personal data before sharing.

Purposes and legal bases

We use inquiry data to reply, scope a seat, and keep a record of what was promised. We use student records to teach, provide aftercare, and meet accounting duties. We use host logs to keep the site up and to investigate abuse. Bases include contractual steps you request, our legitimate interest in running a small studio, legal obligations in Thailand, and consent where you accept optional analytics cookies.

Retention

Unsuccessful inquiries are kept up to 18 months unless you ask us to delete sooner. Confirmed seat records, invoices, and aftercare correspondence are kept for 7 years to satisfy Thai accounting and tax practice, then deleted or archived in a form that no longer identifies you where the law allows. Host logs typically rotate within 90 days unless needed for a security incident. Cookie consent in localStorage remains until you clear site data or we change the key after a material cookie redesign.

Your rights

Subject to PDPA limits, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw cookie consent by using Reject on a fresh visit after clearing the stored choice, or by writing to us. To exercise rights, email info@apipacketbase.digital with enough detail to find your record. We may need to verify identity. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand.

International transfers

Our desk is in Thailand. Email, fonts, and image hosts may process data on servers outside Thailand (including the United States or the European Union). When we transfer personal data abroad we rely on contractual safeguards with processors and on the fact that the transfer is necessary to reply to you or to deliver a seat you requested. We do not sell personal data. We do not use inquiry content to train public models.

Processors

Hosting, email delivery, and font/image CDNs act as processors or independent controllers for their own logs. We choose vendors who will delete on request where they hold our student or inquiry records. Names of current processors are available on request from the desk.

Children

Studio programmes are aimed at working professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete the record.
