Modules

  1. Arrival anatomy Custom schemes, Android App Links, iOS Universal Links, and the AASA/assetlinks files students must print and mark. We treat host allow-lists as contracts.
  2. Deferred context after install What survives a Play Store hop in Thailand, what a fingerprint can honestly claim, and when expiry is the real campaign killer.
  3. Click-to-open graphs that do not lie Separating tap, open, and credited session. Building a graph finance can interrupt without the room collapsing.
  4. Attribution windows for Thai media mixes LINE bursts, search, QR, and brand video. Why a US seven-day default flatters the wrong channel.
  5. Dashboard critique lab You present. A guest (often ex-finance) tries to break your labels. Slide-only attendance is not offered in Atelier.
  6. Incident notes: partner double-counts A worked example of a silent SDK update, duplicate click IDs, and the write-up format alumni still use internally.

Learning outcomes

  • Explain, in one page, what your deep link is allowed to claim.
  • Label click-through and view-through windows in language a non-analyst will sign.
  • Spot a double-count caused by duplicate payload fields.
  • Produce an annotated trace (click ID, referrer, first open) without a vendor screenshot as the only evidence.
  • Refuse a partner default when it contradicts your media mix — and write down why.

Questions we actually get

Do you certify us on a specific MMP?

No. This studio does not certify you on a specific MMP console. We use vendor-neutral diagrams. If your employer only allows one dashboard, you will still need their internal onboarding. That is a real limitation, not a humble brag.

Can I skip the live critique and watch recordings only?

Signal Desk exists for that. You will miss interruption. Several Desk students have shipped wrong exclusion rules and caught them only in aftercare email. We would rather you sit Atelier if your calendar allows.

Is the workbook in Thai?

Sessions are in English. Examples are Thai — Play hops, LINE, 7-Eleven QR. The workbook is English with Thai proper nouns left untranslated where they appear in production logs.

What if our traffic is still pre-launch?

We will usually refuse a Chamber and suggest waiting. Synthetic clicks teach the wrong confidence. Signal Desk can still be useful as reading.
